Your PureCMS CRM allows you to store multiple email addresses and telephone numbers against customer records. This solution demonstrates how you can add this additional information.
Locate and edit your customer record
Click on contact drop down list and select Email 2
Enter a secondary email address and click to save the customer
The secondary email will now be stored against the customer record.
PLEASE NOTE: Invoices, orders and newsletters will all be sent to the primary email address.
